Hello, My name is Finny, I am a seventeen year old Canadian girl with a weird problem...I am 5'9 and weigh 141lbs (or 64kg), to most of you this would seem normal. I am a "healthy weight". But in reality I am not. I have a lot of fat I like to hide by wearing baggy clothes. But more importantly then that... I can't fun for more than 3 minutes, and most of the time, I can't run down my street without having to catch my breath for 5 minutes after wards. Also, I have acid reflux disease. I am throwing up almost everyday. It is horrible, if I run, I throw up. And I know it is because of the way I eat. I eat horribly. I live behind McDonalds! Right behind it! So 3 second walk, or an hour of cooking? Not only that, I was a mild smoker for 2 years. I just quit. If any one has some advice on how I could form a workout schedual, one benefitting a 17 year old girl who has school and cadets.
Advice on what I should do to work out, on healthy living in general. Any tips at all would be great. Thank you so much for reading my wall of text.
