She began research into why this was such a stubborn matter and the result was The Myth of Self-Esteem. She is now a Presbyterian minister, Marriage and Family Therapist and author. She has built four successful businesses and with her almost 20 years as a Marriage and Family Therapist, has the experience to help individuals love themselves and love their lives.
