Screensaver, toolbar & confidence building tips~
The free screensaver for women is full of Women's self-esteem tips. You are welcome to share it with whom ever you like. The screensaver is full of the pictures that you see throughout the website, self-esteem tips, and music. I suggest that you just turn off your volume when you don't want to hear the music, but let the screensaver play. The pictures and tips display randomly.

If you would like to have your picture in our screensaver, please email us a picture (.jpg or .gif format please) of yourself to..
Send in your picture and we will include it in the next screensaver, post it in the member's photos section and send you the password. Additionally, please send us some general information about yourself, so that we can post it next to your photo in the members photos section.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Windows only- (this may be different for some computers) To download the free screensaver for your computer, click on the file name above. You will see a small window pop up that says, "run", "open", or "save". Click "run" or "open". When it finishes downloading, click "run" or "open" again. Ensure that you have "Install" and "Set as Default" checked, then click "OK".
