When I read “HEAL The Hurt That Sabotages Your LIFE” a few things crossed my mind such as “sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me”, “common sense”, and “just have a good cry”. Bill teaches awareness of just how true these statements are once you just open your mind and seek realistic thoughts. “HEAL The Hurt That Sabotages Your LIFE”, is a definite good read for anyone that suffers from low self-esteem, confusion of thoughts, low self-acceptance and any other feeling of uncertainty in their thinking. Bill’s tactics in getting his reader to actually follow his words are through repetitive steps and allowing your mind to absorb positive direction. This book is very well written, easy to understand and very effective.
