WANT TO BURN OFF THE BELLY...Here are some very tried & true facts that do just that!!!

Please understand that you can not spot target fat loss. If you seriously want to lose that belly fat, you have to burn off total body fat first..........that is the only way!
You ask...Don't abdominal exercises help do that? Big NO!!!
...before you tighten those muscles through ab exercises you must remove the fat on top of them.....contrary to what those adds & television testimonials tell you!

The following exercises are all designed to guide you in the only direction to excel in burning body fat much. These exercises are for the person that does not want to take 40-60 minutes a day for cardio. Through these high intensity exercises, you will without a doubt lose what we all know as stubborn belly fat! It is only through intense exercise that body fat can be burned!

1. Sprints
Sprinting, up hills or on flat ground, Up hills is super high intensity....and quick, you will not only burn fat but you will also strengthen those muscles! Running full-out for (beginners)2-5 minutes, (advanced) 5-10 minutes is the only way to boost your cardio to a place where your body needs to burn fat.

2. Dance
Dance away those pounds...you will need a room for this so that you can turn your cardio into dance and burn while you have fun. Do not stop or even slow down for 20 minutes!
Keep your arms moving over your head and make sure that your music is worth it. The faster the tempo...the faster your body will want to move...you cannot lose it if you do not move it.

3. Incline Treadmill
If you feel that your treadmill is not doing it for you then..Increase that incline...climb baby climb :)
Beginners...start out with a low incline and work your way up. DO NOT think you can just climb to the top in the first week. Do it the right way and allow your legs time to adjust!
You will have legs like a runner!

These exercises are what will get your body where you want it. Do them 3 times a week...even 4 if you can fit them in.

Do not over due them because that is exactly what will turn you off or bore you.

Accelerating your body movements for a given period of time is the only way to burn quickly and effectively.
